The first candle that I ordered arrived broken in half so I reached out to the shop and they immediately mailed a new one to me at no cost to me. It was packaged very well to ensure that I did not receive another damaged candle. The candle is a great size and the gold glitter is a super cute added touch that doesn't fall off everywhere!
