Shipping

We’re speedy shippers! Most orders ship within 1 business day. Custom and personalized items ship within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on holidays and weekends are processed the following business day. Delivery time is dependent on shipping method and location. Please refer to our shipping information page for additional details.

Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update. If you do not see an email with shipping information, be sure to check your spam folder.

We offer free standard shipping within the United States on orders of $35 or more. We also offer free standard shipping on international orders of $149 or more.

Our shop is located in beautiful Wilsonville, Oregon. If you are local to us and would like to pick up your order in person, you may select this option at checkout. Once your order is ready for pickup, we will email or text you to arrange a pickup time. We are open Monday through Friday, from 9:00am to 5:00pm PST. We are located at 26277 SW 95th Avenue, Suite 403, in Wilsonville, Oregon.

Payments & Orders

We accept all major credit cards as well as Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Paypal.

We also offer installment payment options to eligible buyers through Shop Pay Installments. Buy now and pay later by splitting your purchase into 4 equal payments with 0% interest, no fees, and no impact to your credit score.

Yes. Our website utilizes SSL encryption technology to protect your personal information during checkout.

If you live in a state with sales tax, you will be charged the applicable sales tax for your area.

Because we strive for same-day shipping, often your order is processed and shipped as soon as we receive it. Once we have begun processing your order, we are no longer able to cancel it. Please contact us immediately and if possible, we will do our best to accommodate a cancellation request.

Our inventory is on-site, and we make every effort to ensure our inventory counts are accurate. In the rare instance an item is not available, we will reach out to you and you can choose to have an item shipped when it’s back in stock, select a replacement of comparable value, or cancel the item from your order. 

Our packages do not include an itemized receipt. When your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation which includes your order details.

On weekends, we soak up all the family time we can get. During the week, we’re all yours! Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00am to 5:00pm PST. We respond to all messages within 1-2 business days.

Balloons

All our balloons are shipped deflated. Other than air-fill only balloons, our balloons can be inflated with helium or air. You can inflate your balloons at a local grocery store, or purchase a personal helium tank or balloon pump online or in local stores.

We use premium grade balloons from reputable manufacturers. Balloons are, however, inherently fragile in nature and care should be exercised, especially when opening, handling, and inflating. We do not offer returns, refunds or replacements for popped balloons. If you believe you have received a defective balloon, please send us a photo within 7 days of receipt.

In optimum environments, mylar balloons will remain full and taut for an average of 3 to 5 days however altitude, temperature change, and care affect this. We recommend filling your balloons the day of your event so they'll look their best for your big celebration.

Latex Balloons

Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once. Not for children under 3 years. Decorative use only. Not a toy. Mylar Balloons
