Ordered well ahead of my child's birthday party but the items didn't arrive in time. The seller blamed the delay on the carrier. I understand delays happen, but I relied on the delivery estimate at checkout. The seller offered a return but noted that shipping charges are nonrefundable and returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. In my case they said they'd waive the restocking fee beyond what covers original shipping — so I still lost the shipping cost plus paid for return shipping out of pocket. Most frustrating of all - in my scramble for replacement items, I found the exact same party items on Amazon for less. Be wary if ordering for a time-sensitive event.

Just what I needed for a cat lover’s birthday party. Couldn’t find anything else that was the right theme and quality for this kind of price.
