The item arrived ripped. Looked like the post office put it in a plastic wrapper after seeing it was ripped. I was disappointed as it now limits using it to wrap gifts.

I didn't ask for another one sent or expect another one but after seeing the review, they rushed another one out and it arrived in time for Christmas to use still. I know they didn't send it out ripped and it got ripped in transit but what great customer service that was! Thank you so much and yes it's super adorable too! I have 5 huskies so I had to order it when I saw it. Thanks again, customer service A+++
