This tissue garland comes in a kit with easy to assemble instructions. Included are: 16 pre-cut pieces of 8" tissue to create tassels; 8 feet of string for hanging; and 16 pieces of 9" color ribbon to tie tassels to string. Once assembled, the garland measures 8 feet long. The colors on this fiesta garland are lime, red, yellow, and aqua blue!
